INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef, cumin, and oregano. Cook until browned. Season with salt.
  4. Add bell peppers and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add wine and reduce until almost dry.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning, if needed.
  7. Remove from heat and mix in Worcestershire sauce.

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup onion minced
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 kilo ground beef
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt
  • 1 cup bell pepper minced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
