Picadillo Cubano
Picadillo Cubano is a simple, but satisfying popular Cuban dish.

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup onion minced
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1/2 kilo ground beef
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt
- 1 cup bell pepper minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
Add ground beef, cumin, and oregano. Cook until browned. Season with salt.
Add bell peppers and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute.
Add wine and reduce until almost dry.
Taste and adjust seasoning, if needed.
Remove from heat and mix in Worcestershire sauce.
