INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 kilo ground beef
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt
- 1 cup bell pepper, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, cumin, and oregano. Cook until browned. Season with salt.
- Add bell peppers and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add wine and reduce until almost dry.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, if needed.
- Remove from heat and mix in Worcestershire sauce.
