Pigs In A Blanket
Puff pastry based appetizer using hotdogs and cheese!
Ingredients
- 10 pcs square puff pastry sheets
- 10 pcs hotdogs
- 10 pcs cheddar cheese slices
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220˚C (425°F).
- Place a slice of cheddar on top of each puff pastry piece.
- Place a hot dog on the cheddar, then roll it up.
- Slice each roll into 2 pieces, and arrange the pieces evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown and flaky.
