Brownies For Diabetics

An easy to bake healthy brownie.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3 tsp liquid sweetener
  • 2 sq chocolate unsweetened, melted
  • 3/4 cup sifted flour

  • 1/2 cup walnuts
 chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 
1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Cream margarine, sweetener, and chocolate, beat until smooth.    
  • Beat in eggs and vanilla; add flour, baking powder, and walnuts. 
  • Beat until smooth.
  • Spread batter in greased 8 x 8 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Cool in pan.
