Transcend DrivePro 200
But if you are looking for a real pound for pound winner in terms of value for money, for the features that you get, this is pretty much it. Pretty basic camera, its got a 2.4” LCD screen in the back, memory card included, charging cables, etc. The field of view is at 160°, the widest among all in this list. It has good quality, color and contrast. Even with the sun in your face, you still get good contrast and detail. That’s probably down to the fact that they use 7 lenses in this one instead of the 6 they use for the other Transcend dash cams. A trade-off is they are using a ƒ/2.0 aperture, which for night time viewing, is not as bright as the other dash cams. Not bad, I mean, but you are missing out a little bit there. Other than that, you still get your WiFi function and your G sensor which records the data and puts it in the right protective folder in case of an accident everytime it feels a bump.

Main Features
Day/Night Recording
Featuring a large ƒ/2.0 aperture, the DrivePro’s high-quality camera lens will automatically adjust to light conditions to capture all details of an event, including license plates, both day and night.
Innovative Lens Design
7 glass lenses plus 1 infrared filter lens prevent fogging from heat generated after a long period of recording. The DrivePro’s camera combines an extra wide 160° viewing angle, resolution of 1920x1080p (30fps), and a row of 7 glass lenses to ensure your trip is recorded in high clarity.
G-sensor with Emergency Mode
In the event of a collision, the DrivePro’s motion G-Sensor will detect an impact and instantly trigger Emergency Recording mode. This adds write protection to the affected recording, including the critical seconds before the accident, preventing this crucial information from being overwritten.
If situations occur outside the vehicle which may provide important information in the event of a claim or lawsuit, press the accessible emergency button to manually activate emergency recording.
Sharp LCD Screen
The larger colour LCD playback screen offers clean and sharp details for users reviewing video footage. The screen is viewable at any angle, in all lighting conditions.

Verdict:
The Transcend DrivePro 200 series of dash cams deliver impressive, HD-recording during day and nighttime conditions. While it is considered a low-range dash cam, the video quality is equal to what one would expect from high-end models. The 160° viewing angle is one of the widest angles offered on the market. A few issues include the sensitivity of the G-sensor, with a small bump or pothole in the road activating Emergency Recording. Additionally, having to manually set the date and time settings every time the camera is turned on affects the camera’s rating negatively. The Transcend DrivePro 200 features come at a value that is nearly unbeatable.
