Lechon Manok Barbecue Chicken Sliders is a western inspired recipe with a Filipino twist. I used Lechon manok which is the Filipino version of roasted chicken. I also used Cheddar cheese slices instead of the original cheese required, which was Jack Pepper. I also included the chicken skin for more flavor.
